MAC lipstick review

I must confess that for a long time now I wanted to try the products of MAC. Their lipsticks are very soft and creamy. There are tons of colors you can choose from. Simply loved it.


Devo confessar que há muito queria experimentar os produtos da MAC. O resultado está à vista, batons muito cremosos e suaves. Existe uma vasta gama de cores. Este tom tende para um roxo/rosa. Simplesmente adorei.

KIKO Velvet Stick Blush

The other day I went to the shopping and I saw a huge crowd at the KIKO store. The reason? A huge variety of product in sale. I decided to buy this stick blush. It's not a new product but nevertheless I decided to share my opinion about it.

Outro dia andava pelo shopping quando me deparei com bastantes pessoas na KIKO. Decidi entrar e estava tudo explicado. A razão? Uma variedade de produtos em promoção. Acabei por comprar este blush em estilo de baton. O produto já não é novo mas decidi partilhar com vocês a minha opinião.

KIKO Velvet Stick Blush: 3,90€ with 50% discount (before 7.90€)

There are several shades you can choose from. (From the more soft ones like the "pinkies" and "peaches" to the darker ones). You can still find some of these shades on the KIKO's online store. 
The colour of this blush is the "03 Absolute Mauve" and I couldn't find it at the online store.


Existem vários tons diferentes desde o rosa mais clarinho, o pessego 
até tons mais acastanhados. No site da KIKO ainda se consegue encontrar alguns destes tons como o "Charming Peach", "Cadillac Pink", "Verve Peony" and "Select Expresso".
A cor deste blush é a "03 Absolute Mauve" e apesar de não encontrar no site da KIKO acredito que ainda haja nas lojas.

It's very easy to apply the blush...it's just like a lipstick but you use it on your cheekbones. After it you just need to spread and blend it with your fingers. 

This colour is more a peachy pink. If you just use it one time the colour it will be very very soft and you won't notice it. On the other side if you use it on your cheek like 5 times in a row the colour will be very pronounced (without excesses). It adapts really well to more fair and light skins. I really liked the final result.

The price is with 50% discount, costing 3.90€ instead of the usual price of 7.90€. For me the best part of this blush is the fact that you don't need a brush, you just need your fingers.




O modo de aplicação é bastante fácil, basta apenas passar o bastão nas maçãs do rosto como se fosse um baton. Depois é só esbater com os dedos. 

Relativamente a cor do blush é um rosa mais "apessegado" e escuro muito bonito. Passando apenas uma vez quase nem se nota, contudo passando uma 5 vezes já fica bem nítida a cor. Adapta-se bem a peles clarinhas sem ficar demasiado exagerado.
Eu gostei bastante do resultado final. 

O preço está com 50% de desconto, custando 3.90€ ao invés dos habituais 7.90€. A melhor parte (além do preço) é que não é necessário nenhum pincel para aplicar o blush.

Review: KIKO "Colour Evolution Must Have" Face Palette

Today I'm going to talk about the "Colour Evolution Must Have Face" Palette from KIKO. The palette has a big mirror and  brings 4 blushes, 1 bronzer and 1 highlighter.

Hoje vou falar da palete "Colour Evolution Must Have Face" da KIKO. A paleta trás um espelho de tamanho considerável, 4 blushes, 1 bronzer e 1 iluminador.

Has you can see from the pics the tons of the palette are very pinky and soft. The highlighter (#1) is very "glittery" and the bronzer (#4) is a earth tone. 

The palette was originally 35€ but it was on sale when I bought it, costing 17,5€. Comparatively with other pallets on the market for the price this pallet is surely a good bargain. 

To sum up: It's a cool palette with a great mirror and nice colours, that you can buy for a very reasonable price.

Como podem ver pelas imagens os tons da paleta são muito rosados e e suaves. O iluminador (#1) é muito "brilhoso" e o bronzer (#4) tem um tom muito terra. 
A paleta custava originalmente 35€ mas consegui achá-la em saldos por 17,5€. Comparativamente com outras paletas no mercado é certamente um achado. 

Em suma: Uma paleta com um bom espelho e cores agradáveis que pode ser comprada por um preço bastante razoável.

Review: Unpacking Les Tissages De Chanel (Blush Duo Effect Tweed)

For some time now, I wanted to try some products of Chanel. I wanted to see from myself why there is such a fuss around this brand. 

Unpacking the blush remind me when I was a kid. The blush is inside a little square box which is protected by some kind of black felt cloth, which in my case it's very convenient and useful because protects the box from scratches, specially when I put the blush and my keys in the same compartment of my purse.

The blush has two sections, one for the brush and other for the blush. There are several colors you can choose from. 

This one is the 50 Tweed Sienna and has two shades/colors: a darker one that has a more tanning effect and the other more vivid and colorful (this one is more peachy). In top of that the blush has some glitter on it, which confers you a more glowing effect. 

The result? A mixture that lights up your face, slightly give you a bronzer effect and adds some color to your checks. 

In my opinion this color can be used by both blonds and brunets. It's not too much darker neither lighter. I liked the final result...the only drawback I could find is the price (this one costs around 40€).

Há muito tempo que queria experimentar alguns produtos da Chanel, uma marca que prima pela qualidade. Queria comprovar por mim se a marca fazia jus a sua reputação.

Ao desempacotar o blush vemos que a caixinha vem dentro de um saquinho preto (acho útil pois previne de riscar a caixa do blush quando colocamos na mala junto às chaves e outro objetos). A caixa de pequena dimensão tem dois compartimentos mais ou menos do mesmo tamanho: um para o blush e outro para o pincel.

Quanto a cor, esta é a 50 Tweed Sienna tem dois tons: um mais escuro que tende mais para o bronzeado e outra mais viva e rosada que se assemelha a uma laranja salmão. Além disso o blush tem uns brilhantes para deixar a pele mais radiante. O resultado uma mistura que ilumina o rosto, conferindo-lhe um tom de leve bronzeado, com uma cor de pêssego.

Este tom aplica-se bem quer a loiras quer a morenas. Eu tenho o tom de pele bem clarinho mas apesar disso adorei o resultado final. A grande desvantagem? Sem dúvida o preço, que ronda neste caso os 40€.
